FIVE DAYS OF LUNCHES/ SNACKS FOR KIDS ..... WITH SONAL KULSHRESTHA

Its Wrap Pockets Week! 

This week it's Wrap Pockets for Lunch/ snacks/ Supper

Buy- Two of your kids' favorite tortilla ( my kids like yellow corn and wheat) ,  two of their favorite vegetables and two of their favorite meat. Also buy two different kinds of cheese ( mine love Chipotle Gouda and Mozzarella). A
dd Paneer and Chicken/ Turkey/ Ham slices to the list.
Day 1: Chicken Wrap Pockets 
Brush both sides of tortilla lightly with olive oil.
Place a slice of chicken or ham or turkey. 
(Vegetarians use large boiled potato slices)
Place a slice of Cheese (Chipotle Gouda).
Dribble taco seasoning.
Fold all four sides so as to make square wraps.

Place in a toaster sandwich maker and toast as directed. If you do not own a toaster sandwich maker, no worries, toast and wrap in a regular toaster and enjoy.

Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.

Day 2: Paneer Wrap Pockets  

Use Paneer slices to place inside. 

Use Mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings lying around the house, such as- Lemon Black Pepper seasoning, Oregano leaves.

Garnish with light Philadelphia Cheese and Parsley leaves.

Day 3: Tomato Wrap Pockets  
Use sliced tomatoes to place inside.

Use Mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings lying around the house, such as- Lemon Black Pepper seasoning, Oregano leaves.

Garnish with light Philadelphia Cheese and Parsley leaves.

 Day 4: Omelette Wrap Pockets 

Make a small omelette and place it in the center with cheese of your choice.  

Garnish with butter and chopped tomatoes. 

Day 5: Veggie Wrap Pockets  

Use sliced and sautéed Mushrooms slices and onions slices. 

Garnish with butter and chopped tomatoes.
