Mon-Potato Gnocchi

Potato Gnocchi with sauteed vegetables:
 Boil Potato Gnocchi as directed.
Red cabbage, Green cabbage, Mushrooms, Olives, Garlic, Asparagus (optional)
Method: Dice the above vegetables in Julienne style.
Add olive oil in pan. Saute garlic . Add the above vegetables one by one. Saute each one for 30 secs- 1 min respectively.
Add Gnocchi-saute for 3 min. Add Dried Italian leaves + Rosemary + Salt +Pepper for flavor.
Saute for 2 mins. Serve hot.

Serve Potato Gnocchi  with Daal soup for protein and multi-grain bread of your choice.

Tues- Roasted Poblano Pepper Salan:

Roasted Poblano Pepper Salan Recipe:-

In little oil, saute Pobalano pepper for 5 mins-until brown. Set aside.
In the same oil, roast the following:
Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Peanuts - 3 tbsp
Methi- 1/2 tsp
Bedgi Mirchi -1 or 2
Onions-1 cut
Coconut- 2 tbsp (optional)
In the mixer- grind the above to a smooth paste.
In a pan, give seasoning of oil, add mustard. Add the mixture -saute for 2 mins. Add salt and the sauteed pobalano pepper. Keep on low for 2 mins.
Serve hot.
Wed- Keema Masala

Keema Masala Recipe:-

Keema (Goat preferred- but can use Chicken or Turkey)
1 1/2 Onions
4 cloves Garlic
1/4 inch Ginger
Tomato- paste + 2 raw
In pan, add oil. Add finely cut onions-saute till brown. Add tomatoes+ ginger-garlic paste. Saute till light brown. Then add goat kheema, saute for 2 mins. Add Shaan meat masala.
Add water and close lid till cooked. Server with cilantro and lemon.

Serve Keema Masala with Rice or Roti.
Thu- Cauliflower Curry
(Thanks to my husband, Manoj, who came up with this recipe)
Frozen Cauliflower
Peas (optional)
1 onion
Tomatoes (Paste/Raw)
Pav Bhaji powder
Dhaniya-Jeera powder
Half and Half
Saute Onions till brown. Add Tomatoes (paste/whole). Add red chili powder, haldi, dhaniya-jeera powder. 
Saute and add cauliflower (thawed in micro oven). 
Add pav-bhaji masala (1 tsp). Add peas (opt). 
Saute till cauliflower is three-fourth done. 
Add half-and -half and cook on low till done. Serve with cilantro and lemon.

Serve Cauliflower Curry with any Daal of your choice, Roti and Rice.
